Personalisation and spelling

Cookies are made exactly as written in your order. You are responsible for checking all names, dates and messages before you pay. We cannot accept responsibility for spelling errors in the details you provide.

Cancellations

Because every order is made to your personal design, it cannot be cancelled once baking has started. Please contact us as soon as possible if your plans change.

Freshness

Cookies stay fresh for up to two weeks unopened in their wrapping, stored somewhere cool and dry.

Damage in transit

If your order arrives damaged, please email photos within 24 hours of delivery and we'll put things right.
