Delivery & ordering

Draft wording — please have this checked before launch.

Bespoke orders need two weeks

Every cookie is hand-baked and hand-iced to your design, so we need at least 14 days' notice before the date you need your order. At checkout you choose the date you need your cookies and we plan the baking around it.

UK delivery

We post anywhere in the UK with Royal Mail tracked services. Cookies are packed in boxes of 10, 25 or 50 and the checkout picks the cheapest combination for your order. You'll get a tracking number when your order is dispatched.

International orders

We're a UK business and welcome orders from abroad. Please use our enquiry form and we'll quote postage and timescales. Customs charges may apply in the destination country.
